- 摘要：介绍了常用的质量改进方法和流程,使用其排列图和因果分析图两种方法对影响活塞杆质量的因素进行了分析和统计,提出了改进零件加工质量的方案。并针对质量缺陷进行了具体的分析,找出了产生质量问题的原因,提出了相应的改善措施及方法。
