摘要：Rapid increasing logistics demands call for high efficiency delivery in cities. Effective city planning of distribution centers is crucial. This paper describes the steps of distribution centers planning in detail including zone definition, shipment volume forecast, productivity forecast and capacity forecast. Based on these data, the author puts forward an effective way to build and evaluate operation models. Proper implementation of the best operation model will be helpful to fulfill the increasing market requirements. ? 2013 Asian Network for Scientific Information.
