摘要：In this paper, in combination with the practical situation of the third party logistics company energy distribution center, in known homework personnel quantity, under the condition of cargo, equipment, etc, we design the distribution center in the process of drawing the floor plan. After that, we analyse each link includes the specific action, MOST use (Maynard Operations Sequence Technique) method to calculate the standard work time of each action. Finally, we analyse the line balance, reasonable distribution of the number of workers. In this way, we realize the whole line flow equilibrium, and enhance the efficiency and cost reduction. ?
