摘要：文章将企业成长问题与社会资本理论、吸收能力理论相关联,从关系强度差异化为切入点,对社会资本与吸收能力的协同对企业成长的影响、运用探测性因子分析、多元回归和结构方程模型进行了实证检验。得到的主要结论有:强与弱社会资本不仅正向影响吸收能力,而且均通过吸收能力正向影响企业成长;另外,企业的社会资本强度与吸收能力大小分别与企业本身特征具有相关性。最后基于研究结论给出了企业未来主动构建恰当社会资本实现网络化成长的建议。
By incorporating the issue of enterprise development into social capital theory and absorptive capacity theory,this paper starts from the differentiation of relationship intensity to study the impact of synergy between social capital and absorptive capacity on enterprise growth. The paper also applies exploratory factor analysis,multiple regression and structural equation model to conduct an empirical test. The main conclusions obtained are： High and low intensity social capital not only has a positive effect on absorptive capacity,also has a positive effect on firm growth through the absorptive capacity; In addition,the social capital intensity and absorptive capacity of enterprises are related to the features of enterprises themselves. Finally,the paper,based on the conclusions reached,offers some suggestions for enterprises on how to actively establish an appropriate social network to achieve networking growth in the future.
