摘要:许多高校都在积极探索“工程制图”课程教学改革的新思路、新方法,以提高人才培养质量,适应新经济背景下对实践应用型人才培养的需求。基于工程教育认证理念,结合学校食品科学与工程专业,对“工程制图”课程的教学改革与实践进行探讨。
Many colleges and universities are actively exploring new ideas and methods for the instruction reform of Engineering Drawing course,so as to improve the quality of talent training and fulfill the needs of practical talent training under the new economic background.Based on the conception of engineering education certification,this paper discussed the instruction reform and practice of Engineering Drawing course in combination with the food science and engineering specialty of our school.
