摘要：基于我国能源生产和消费,分析在企业中可行的以政府及企业为主体的碳减排途径和方法,其中政策支持可实行碳税和排放交易等,企业有更新设备技术、增加产品寿命、开发新能源替代煤炭方式;提出能够统一评价企业减排绩效的指标,评估时参考国际标准的评估规范过程.根据形势发展,提出我国可实行的企业碳减排建议.
From the current energy production and consumption in China,the research has analyzed the viable ways and means of mitigation in the government and business-oriented,including policy support in strengthening the intensity of a carbon tax,businesses that can reduce the production capacity,increase product life,and develop the new energy alternative to coal.For the performance of reducing the emission,it has proposed the indicators of integrated assessment and reference to the international standards evaluation process.According to international situation,the policy on the corporate carbon reduction in China is recommended.
