摘要：企业信息管理系统的开发会涉及到复杂多变的实际业务流程,如何采用简单而有效的方法去管理系统开发过程中大量的模糊需求、矛盾需求和变化需求至关重要。本文提出了一种适合于中小型项目的需求管理过程模型,并将过程控制等概念引入到需求管理中。该模型定义简洁、便于实施,具有较好的可扩充性。
There are many problems when you build the MIS especially the requirements problems. All kinds of requirements problems, such as unclear requirements,conflicted requirements or changing requirements, and so on, origin from the business process. The business process, which is very complex and variable and is important for the development process, makes it difficult to develop an MIS successfully. Thus, it＇s become a key question for MIS development that how to manage requirements effectively. Then we give a model for the requirements management process in this article , which is mairnly used in MIS project of small or middle enterprise. Process control is also used in requirements management. The definition of this model is simple and it can be implemented or extended easily.
