摘要：社会主义核心价值观是凝聚党心民心、促进国家发展、维护社会和谐的一面旗帜,是引导全体社会成员形成价值共识的精神支柱。社会主义核心价值观要真正发挥其重要作用,大众化是关键环节和重要途径。推进社会主义核心价值观大众化,其着力点在于:理论解读准确化、通俗化;理论认知实践化;传媒手段多样化;激励约束机制化。
The socialist core value is a banner agglomerating the mind of the Party and the people,promoting the development of the country,and maintaining the harmony of society,being the spiritual prop leading the value consensus of all societal members. To bring the important role of socialist core value into real play,popularization is a key link and an important approach. To promote the popularization of socialist core value,the working points lie in the correct and vulgarized interpretation of theory,the practicing of theoretical cognition,the diversification of communication media,and the institutionalization of stimulus and constraints.
