摘要：Urban emergency shelter is the room that can provide safe refuge, basic living safeguard, succor and directive to the community resident when emergency occurs. There are 35 emergency shelters in Beijing urban area. The paper studied the spatial distribution of emergency shelters in Beijing urban area by statistic analysis and GIS spatial analysis tool-buffer analysis. And the spatial distribution pattern of emergency shelters in Beijing urban area was concluded, and layout advices of emergency shelters were provided.
