摘要:我国残疾儿童教育的法律建设取得了重大成就,表现为残疾儿童教育的法律文本体系已具雏形、个人和政府依法举办残疾儿童教育的意识逐渐觉醒、依法实践的特点明显;但目前残疾儿童家庭教育支持的法律建设依然不完备,表现为相关法规仅仅涉及残疾儿童的家庭教育,家庭教育支持尤其是早期干预阶段的家庭教育支持未能涉及。因此,要明确残疾儿童家庭教育支持的法律地位,多方合作,根据残疾儿童发展的不同阶段,在六部关于残疾儿童的法规中修订或增加家庭教育支持的法条。
The Chinese mainland has made great achievements in the legal construction of disabled children’s education,the legal text system of education for disabled children has taken shape,the awareness of individuals and governments to organize education for disabled children according to law has been gradually awakened,and the characteristics of legal practice are obvious.But,the legal construction of family education support for disabled children is extremely incomplete.It shows that the relevant laws and regulations only involve the family education of disabled children,but family education support,especially in the early intervention stage,has not been involved.Therefore,we should clarify the legal status of family education support for disabled children,multilateral cooperation and,according to the stage of development of children with disabilities,amendment or addition of articles on family education support in six laws and regulations on children with disabilities.
