摘要：近年来,根据教育部对高校创新创业教育工作的总体要求,北京市教委自2015年开始组织开展高水平人才交叉培养项目创业类毕业设计的立项和建设工作。该文主要阐述了创业类毕业设计的过程管理模式、创业类毕业设计的质量保障机制,以及如何应用PDCA循环的管理模式逐步提高创业类毕业设计的质量,以达到持续改进的目的。针对对以上问题进行了具体分析,并探讨了存在的问题和应对的措施。
In recent years,according to the overall policy requirements of the Ministry of Education for innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities,the Beijing Municipal Education Commission has organized the establishment and implementation of the high-level talents cross-training project for entrepreneurial graduation design since 2015.This article mainly explains the process management mode and quality assurance mechanism of entrepreneurial graduation design.It also proposes to use the PDCA cycle management mode to gradually improve the quality of entrepreneurial graduation design,and achieve the goal of continuous improvement.In addition,this article analyzes the existing problems in detail and provides countermeasures to address them.
