摘要："食品营养与健康"课题组制定了课程思政教育总目标,采用灵活多样的教学方法和载体,将社会主义核心价值观和思政教育理念融入课程大纲、教案、课堂过程和考核等各个环节,从而将思政教育与专业教学有机结合,发挥课程的育人功能。
The research group for Food Nutrition and Health drafted overall ideological education goal.By adopting multiple teaching methods and carriers,socialist core values and ideological education elements were integrated into teaching syllabus,lesson plans,teaching process and course assessment to achieve knowledge imparting and education target.
