摘要：手语有别于有声语言。如何评价聋生的语言能力国内尚没有成型或成熟的可用模型和资料,更没有统一科学的评价体系。通过研究表明,国外语言能力评价模型对于国内聋生语言能力的评价并不完全适用,应借鉴或移植国外经验,以期将我国聋生语言能力评价的研究起点提到较高的水平。研究为建立科学的聋生语言能力评测模型提供了参考,进一步深化了对聋生语言能力发展的认识,为特殊语言教育政策的制订可提供科学的参考依据。
Sign language is different from spoken language. How do we assess deaf students＇ language ability？There are no molded or mature models and data available for neither assessment,nor scientific systematic assessment theory exist in Chinese mainland. There are recent theories and achievements achieved for the language proficiency assessment. It is presented from the study that the language proficiency assessment model for foreign deaf students is not fully applicable to domestic deaf students with linguistic,cultural and psychometric differences. Foreign experiences,therefore,should be referred to construct an instrument designed to evaluate deaf students＇ proficiency in Chinese Sign Language. As a result,a useful exploration is launched to provide references to scientifically establish domestic language ability assessment model,and deepen the understanding of language ability development further,so as to offer scientific basis for special education policy.
