摘要：通过对国内外国防科技产业集聚现象的历史考察和国际比较,揭示各国国防科技产业集群形成与发展的历史特殊性和国家差异性,提出促进我国国防科技产业集群成长的政策建议。
On the basis of historical research and cross - nation comparison on national defense industry clusters, the his-torical uniqueness and variations across nations were explored. In the end the policy recommendations to speed up the growth of China＇ s national defense industry clusters were brought up.
