摘要:我国学前教育专业目前以本科培养为主。贯彻“以本为本”的精神,需要制定学前专业本科毕业生技能标准,促进学生在关键技能方面有长足的发展。学前专业本科毕业生技能标准,应包括毕业生的职业技能、教师技能、幼师技能等方面的质和量及其评价指标,并对其输出表现、评价点和测评方式等建立整套的规范。只有确立技能标准,才能更好地引导学生学和教师教,为培养大批符合幼儿园需要和国家幼师标准的合格毕业生奠定基础。
At present,preschool education majors in China mainly focus on undergraduate education.To carry out the spirit of“people-oriented”,it is necessary to develop skills standards for pre-school undergraduate graduates and promote their substantial development in key skills.Skills standards for pre-school undergraduates should stipulate the quality and quantity of graduates'vocational skills,teacher skills and preschool teacher skills,and establish a complete set of standards for their output performance,evaluation points and evaluation methods.Establishing skills standards and guiding students to learn and teach will lay the foundation for training a large number of qualified graduates who meet the needs of kindergartens and the national standards for kindergarten teachers.
