摘要：The SCE (small cell enhancement) has achieved more and more attention with the growing of mobile broadband usage in cellular networks. At the Third-Generation Partnership Project Long-Term Evolution Advanced (3GPP LTE-A) workshop on Rel12 held in June 2012, an approach supported by many companies was to explore possibilities of connectivity to both macro and small cell, also referred to as dual connectivity. One of a scenario for dual connectivity to macro and small cell layers is that the UE is in coverage of both the macro cell and small cell simultaneously, in this paper, we propose two efficient local mobility management schemes for under this scenario, one scheme is based on macro-based mode and the other is inter-SCE-HO mode.
