摘要：针对化工过程中常见的间歇式反应釜的工作过程,介绍其基于MCGS组态软件的计算机控制系统的设计方法。阐述设备间硬件线路的连接、计算机与仪表的通信方式,以及应用MCGS进行工程软件的开发。实现计算机控制后,减少了复杂的人工过程,提高了工作效率。
Design of computer control system based MCGS is introduced for Batch Reactor in chemical process. Connection among equipments, communications between computer and instruments, and software design based MCGS is expatiated in this paper. Manual work is reduced, and efficiency is improved in computer control systerm.
