摘要:多元主体参与成为新型社区治理的重要特征,如何让社区居民肩负起社区治理责任成为社区治理的主体,依然面临很多困难和挑战。居民社区素养水平是阻碍居民参与社区治理关键因素之一。笔者依据梳理出的基础素养、核心或关键素养、领域或角色素养三类理论解释,诠释了社区治理语境的居民社区素养概念内涵。然后进一步围绕社区治理实践,探讨了培育居民社区素养的具体对策建议。
The participation of multiple subjects has become an important feature of the new type of com-munity governance. How to make community residents shoulder the responsibility of community governance and become the main body of community governance is still facing many difficulties and challenges. Community literacy level is one of the key factors hindering residents' participation in community governance. According to the three theoretical explanations of basic literacy, core or key literacy, domain or role literacy, the author interprets the concept connotation of residents’ community literacy in the context of community governance. Then, it further discusses the concrete countermeasures and suggestions for cultivating residents' community literacy around the practice of community governance.
