摘要：现行盲文由于标调规则不客观,致使大量同音词同形。现行盲文没有简写方案,它本身巨大的简写空间和盲童的语言记忆空间几乎没有被利用。用简写区分同音词针对了现行盲文的缺点,同时可以达到简写和区别同音词双重目的。通过规定1000个左右的常用字、词、成语的简写符形,有希望提高20—30%的阅读、书写速度,节约纸张,大幅度减少高频同音词同形问题。为计算机实现汉语——盲文的双向转换提供理论上的可能性。
Due to the subjective rule of using the 4 tones,there are problems of “one cell for more words,one word for more cells”in Chinese Braille.The Chinese Double-phonic Braille tried to solve this problem.The obstacle for its popularizing seems overwhelming.The currently using Chinese Braille has no contractions.It needs improving to increase the speed of reading and writing,to decrease the amount of same cell for homonym.There is huge room for contractions in Chinese Braille system.The capacity of children's language memory is barely used now.The contraction should be built on the base of currently using Chinese Braille with no confliction with it.The key part of the contraction is for 2-words homonyms. Designing contractions in homonyms focuses on the problems of Chinese Braille.The contractions can increase the speed of reading and writing as well as distinguishing homonym cells.Using about 1,000 contractions for most common used words and expressions,it is hopeful to increase 20—30% of the reading and writing speed and save paper.Same cell for commonly used homonym can be dramatically decreased.It also makes two-ways computer Braille-Chinese transcripts possible.
