摘要：[研究目的]新质生产力培育战略对新文科复合型创新人才的培养提出了系统性转型要求。当前高校图书馆在数智赋能新文科建设的实践中,仍普遍存在赋能机制碎片化、服务供给与学科需求适配性不足、数智技术应用场景单一等突出问题。基于此,本文进一步明确高校图书馆在新文科建设中的核心功能定位,并系统构建了契合国家战略需求的数智赋能体系,以期为高校图书馆支撑新文科高质量发展提供理论依据与实践参考。[研究方法]首先,采用文献研究法,系统梳理国内外新文科建设、图书馆数智赋能领域的核心文献与政策文本,夯实研究的理论基础;其次,选取国内多所高校图书馆的新文科服务实践案例,开展多案例深度研究;最后,结合案例提炼数智赋能新文科建设的核心逻辑与关键维度。[研究结论]高校图书馆需以“资源+科技+文化+服务”四轮驱动为核心抓手,构建资源整合、精准匹配、协同育人、技术融合四大核心赋能机制,通过资源体系重构、数智服务升级、创新空间再造、校地协同深化四条实践路径实现高效赋能。
[Research purpose]The strategy for cultivating new-quality productive forces has put forward systematic transformation requirements on the cultivation of interdisciplinary innovative talents for the New Liberal Arts.Currently,in leveraging digital-intelligence empowerment for New Liberal Arts development,university libraries still face prominent challenges such as fragmented empowerment mechanisms,inadequate alignment between service supply and disciplinary needs,and single application scenarios of digital-intelligence technologies.This study aims to further clarify the core functional positioning of university libraries in New Liberal Arts construction,and systematically builds a data-intelligence empowerment framework aligned with national strategic demands,so as to provide theoretical foundations and practical references for university libraries to support high-quality development of the New Liberal Arts.[Research method]The investigation employed a three-stage methodological approach:(1)Systematic literature review and policy analysis of domestic and international sources on the New Liberal Arts and library digital-intelligence empowerment to establish theoretical foundations;(2)Empirical analysis of New Liberal Arts service practices in university libraries across China through in-depth multi-case studies;(3)Framework extraction based on case exemplification to synthesize core logic and critical dimensions of digital-intelligence empowerment for New Liberal Arts construction.[Research conclusion]University libraries should adopt a four-wheel drive model centered on“resources+technology+culture+services”as the core approach,constructing four key empowerment mechanisms:resource integration,precise matching,collaborative education,and technological integration.Through four practical pathways—restructuring resource systems,upgrading digital-intelligent services,reengineering innovative spaces,and deepening university–local collaboration—efficient empowerment can be achieved.
