摘要：根据《国家教育事业发展"十三五"规划》的内容提要,鼓励教师利用信息技术提升教学水平、创新教学模式,政策要求把教育信息化纳入国家信息化发展整体战略,将信息技术作为提高教学质量的重要手段,提倡在教学活动中广泛采用信息技术,逐步实现教学及管理的网络化和数字化。
