摘要：当前,应用型大学科学研究存在整体科研实力不强、应用型科研优势特色不突出、科研管理机制与应用型大学发展定位不匹配等问题。“十四五”时期,应用型大学的科技创新发展要坚持应用型科学研究的主体地位,着力构建以下科技创新发展路径:一是凝练学科方向,强化科研平台团队建设;二是聚焦区域发展,推进政产学研用长效合作;三是加强过程管理,促进科研项目良性循环;四是提升成果质量,加快科技成果转化应用;五是注重分类评价,构建高水平应用型科研评价体系;六是改革管理模式,激发科技创新活力。
At present,there are some problems in the scientific research of applied universities,such as the overall scientific research strength is not strong,the advantages and characteristics of applied scientific research are not prominent,and the scientific research management mechanism does not match the development orientation of applied universities.During“the 14th Five-Year Plan”period,the scientific and technological innovation and development of applied universities should adhere to the dominant position of applied scientific research and strive to build the following scientific and technological innovation and development paths:first,refine the discipline direction and strengthen the team construction of scientific research platform;Second,focus on regional development and promote long-term cooperation between government,industry,university,research and application;Third,strengthen process management and promote a virtuous circle of scientific research projects;Fourth,improve the quality of scientific and technological achievements and accelerate the transformation and application of scientific and technological achievements;Fifth,pay attention to classified evaluation and build a high-level applied scientific research evaluation system;Sixth,reform the management mode and stimulate the vitality of scientific and technological innovation.
