摘要：本文采用问卷调查的方法,研究当前大学生宿舍人际交往的现状及父母教养方式可能存在的影响。发现当前大学生宿舍人际交往状况总体融洽包容,但存在一定的问题,部分学生对宿舍人际关系主观评价不高,不能理性处理宿舍矛盾以及进行问题归因。同时,父母教养情感疏离、过分干涉、惩罚严厉,以及拒绝、否认的教养方式不利于学生建立较好的宿舍人际交往。最后,提出应从加强宿舍文化建设、加强心理健康教育、完善家校合作机制等几个方面来提高大学生宿舍人际交往的能力。
By using the method of questionnaire,this paper studies the current situation of interpersonal communication in college dormitories and the possible influence of parenting style.It is found that the current situation of interpersonal communication in college dormitories is generally harmonious and inclusive with some problems.Some students have low subjective evaluation on the dormitory interpersonal relationship,and can’t reasonably deal with the contradictions in dormitories and make the attribution of problems.At the same time,the parenting style of emotional alienation,excessive interference,severe punishment and denying is not conducive for students to establish better dormitory interpersonal communication.Finally,it proposes that interpersonal communication ability in college students’dormitories should be improved from the aspects of strengthening dormitory culture construction,strengthening mental health education and improving the mechanism of family-school cooperation.
