摘要:目的 以欧前胡素含量为试验指标 ,优化微波萃取白芷有效成分的提取工艺。方法 通过均匀设计方法 ,采用连续微波辐射方法。结果 微波功率、微波辐射时间、溶剂用量、溶剂浓度、浸泡时间、药材粉碎度等参数对白芷有效成分的提取具有交互作用 ,优选出的最佳萃取工艺为 :微波功率 4 5 0W ,辐射时间 10min ,浸泡时间 30min ,固液比为 1∶4 ,乙醇浓度为 95 % ,粉碎度为 4 0目。结论 建立的数学模型和优化结果合理 ,微波萃取白芷有效成分是可行的。
OBJECTIVE To optimize the microwave-assisted extraction process for coumarins in Angelica dahurica as guided by the contents of imperatorin.METHODS The continuous microwave radiation process was adopted.The optimized extraction process was established using the uniform design.RESULTS Some parameters such as the microwave power,radiation time,solvent consumption,solvent concentration,dipping time and pulverized degree had interactions on the extraction of active constituents in Angelica dahurica.The optimized extraction process parameters were 450 W as the microwave power,10 min as the radiation time,30 min as dipping time,1∶4 as the ratio of raw material to solvent,95% as the solvent concentration,40 mesh as the pulverized degree.CONCLUSION The established models and optimized parameters are proved to be reasonable.
