摘要：建设幸福家园是新时期党和国家的明确要求,也是建设和谐社会的必然选择。影响幸福感的因素不仅有宏观层次的因素,也有中观和微观层次因素。从社区治理的角度研究居民幸福感和幸福家园建设,应从中观的范畴展开,结合微观层次因素,依据社区生态系统理论和马斯洛需求层次理论,构建符合现时代特征标准的幸福家园评价指标体系。
Building a happy community is a clear requirement of the Party and the State in the new era and an inevitable choice for building a harmonious society. The factors affecting the well-being of residents include not only the macro-level factors, but also the meso-level and micro-level factors. From the perspective of community governance, the study on residents’ well-being and happy community construction should be carried out from the perspective of meso-level, combined with micro-level factors, based on community ecology system theory and Maslow’s hierarchy of needs theory, to build a happy community evaluation index system that meets the characteristics of the current era.
