摘要：台湾的政党体制并不是稳定的两党制。以制度化视角来看,台湾政党在政党间互动模式、政党与社会联结模式以及政党内部结构等层面上均处于不同程度的不稳定状态,政党体制的制度化水平相对较低。因此在论及台湾岛内政治问题时,"两党制"的判断不能作为一个不言自明的前提来使用,而是要对其涵义进行讨论。
The political party system of Taiwan is not a stable two-party system. From the angle of institutionalization, Tai- wan political parties are more or less unstable in the patterns of interaction among different political parties, the connection of political parties with society and the inner structures of political parties, with a relatively low level of institutionalization. There- fore, when it comes to the political issues within the island, we can＇t judge a ＂two-party system＂ as a self-evident prerequisite for use. Instead, we should bring up its connotation for discussion.
