摘要:煤矿井下工作环境恶劣,突发性事故时有发生,井下工作人员多、地点分散、给安全管理与事故救援带来很大的困难。基于GIS和RFID的煤矿井下人员跟踪定位与监控系统能够很好的解决井下人员的实时定位与监控管理等问题,为井下救援与管理带来极大方便,从而使我国的煤矿安全生产与事故救护更加规范与科学。
In the underground coalmines,the tunnel system is complicated,the workers carry out their tasks in different site,if there is an accident,and the power of positioning the workers will decide the performance of the rescue.Aiming at solving this problem,a Geographical Information System which is integrated with the Radio Frequency Identification technology is developed for the personnel positioning in the underground coalmine.This system will provide the real-time personnel location of the workers which will help the ordinary management and emergency rescue activities.The effectiveness of the designed system was proved by the applications.
