摘要:将离心造粒法用于无机密封元件所需粉料的制备。采用正交试验方法对粘结剂喷入时的雾化效果进行优化,确认了在离心造粒的初始阶段大流量喷入粘结剂对颗粒细化的效果;利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)分析表明,离心造粒后颗粒细小、致密且真球度高,同时粒度细于100目时,松装密度和流动性较好而且稳定,有利于密封元件连续生产及装配时良好的充填性和质量的稳定性。
Centrifugal granulation technology is applied to process the talcum powder for a kind of sealing elements. The composi tion of binder is confirmed by orthogonal experiment in terms of spray effect, and spraying much more binder into the granulator in the initial few minutes can help to acquire fine granularity. SEM indicates that small, spherical and tight particles were prepared by this technology. When the particles are small than 100 mesh, large and stable bulk density is advantageous to the production and assembly of the sealing components.
