摘要：我国档案服务企业整体发展状态“低、小、慢”,学术界对档案服务企业的研究不成熟,对于档案服务企业管理创新的研究非常少,一直不是热点。新修订的《档案法》颁发后,档案信息化、数字化、信息安全等高端档案服务需求将蓬勃发展,倒逼档案服务企业积极进行全方位管理改革创新。档案服务业的健康发展是档案事业“产学研”全面均衡发展中非常重要的领域,对档案服务企业管理创新的深入研究具有重要的实践和理论意义。
The overall development state of archives service enterprises is“low,small and slow”.The research on the archives service enterprises is immature,and the innovation research on archives service enterprises management is quite inadequate and remains unnoticed.After the newly revised Archives Law is issued,there will be a strong demand for high-end archives service such as archives informatization,digitization and information security.The archives service enterprises are forced to actively carry out all-round management reform and innovation.The healthy development of archives service enterprises is very important in the comprehensive and balanced development of enterprise,university and research cooperation in archival industry,and is of great theoretical and practical significance to the in-depth research on the innovation of archives service enterprises management.
