摘要：2013年西藏地区有特殊教育的在册学生835人,毕业37人,招收213人;全区有5所特殊教育学校,这些学校的办学用地高于全国特教学校平均水平,他们专任教师的比例高于全国,教师高学历和高级职称的比例高于西藏普小。西藏特殊儿童的入学率有待提高,需要探索在雪域高原上哪种特殊教育的方式最适合。
There were 835 Enrolled students, 37 graduate students, 213 recruit students with special education in Tibet in 2013. There are 5 special education schools in Tibet. The school land and the proportion of full-time teachers overtop countrywide average level. The proportion of the teacher education and senior professional title overtop ordinary primary schools of Tibet. The enrollment rate of the exceptional children needs improving, and the best educational setting and methods should be made and found for the children with special education need in Tibet.
