摘要：Financial service outsourcing can help financial institutions manage their data system, reduce the cost, but also can make them exposure to the risks what has attracted the attention of regulatory authorities. This article analysis the finance outsourcing service status and risk factors, compares regulators of outsourcing service regulatory, and puts forward that the regulatory authorities should launch financial outsourcing regulations as soon as possible, guidance outsourcing business scope clearly, establish the risk emergency mechanism and strict supervision of financial services multinational outsourcing.
