摘要：探讨与比较国际国内关于科学家的研究热点和研究群体,对于国内科技管理研究具有重要的指导意义。研究显示,国际国内的研究热点除了共同关注科学家的伦理道德与社会责任外,国际上的研究更注重科学家的合作、科技开发与创新,国内则更关注科学家的科学精神、人文精神和科学家的素质教育等;此外,国际国内都以大学为依托形成了诸多较有影响的研究团队。
To explore and compare international and domestic research focuses on scientists and research groups is of great instruc- tive significance on domestic science and technology management research. Studies show that, both international and domestic resear- ches focus on scientist＇s ethics and social responsibilities, where the former lays more emphasis on cooperation and technological devel- opment and innovation and the latter is more concerned about scientists＇ scientific spirit, humanistic spirit and quality education; in ad- dition, a number of influential research teams have been set up based on universities in both international and domestic fields.
