摘要：针对当前培养适应创新型国家建设需要的高水平创新人才问题,提出在高等院校内部建立大学生创新创业实践基地,并构建相应的实践教学体系,是培养大学生实践能力和创新精神的重要手段,是学生进行素质拓展的资源依托,是培养高素质的、具有创新能力的、受社会欢迎的应用型专门人才的最有效途径。
To solve the problem of cultivating high - quality innovative talents for our innovating country, the establishment of practice base construction is proposed in the school laboratory, and the corresponding practice teaching system is structured. This is an important means to cultivate students＇practical ability, and the most effective way to cultivate high - quality and wel- corned students.
