摘要:目的:探讨壳聚糖对中药水提液中铜、镉、铅等重金属残留的吸附特性。方法:电感耦合等离子发射光谱仪对金属离子的含量进行测定。结果:在室温条件下搅拌6h、pH6~7,粉末壳聚糖用量为中药材用量的0.5%时,壳聚糖对大青叶、茯苓、黄芪、元胡、酸枣仁、柴胡、桔梗等中药水提液中铜和铅有很好的去除效果,吸附率达90%以上,对镉的吸附能力较差。结论:壳聚糖是一种良好的吸附剂,用于去除中药水提液中重金属残留有很好的前景。
Objective To investigate the adsorbing abilities of chitosan towards heavy metal residue in the extract of Traditional Chinese Herbal Medicine (TCHM). Methods Jegger-Coupling Plasma Optical Emission Spectrograph (JCPOES) is used to measure the ion contents of heavy metals. Results The best adsorption is obtained in the following conditions: indoor temperature, 6 hours' agitation, pH 6 - 7, and 0.5 % chitosan of the TCHM quantity, which results in the 90 % adsorption towards copper and cadmium residue in the extract of TCHM. Conclusion chitosan is a good adsorbing material towards heavy metal residue in the extract of TCHM.
