摘要：应用型大学校级科研项目的立项资助已开展多年,在面向应用性科研发展中,校级科研项目资助体系存在不同项目类型间的界限模糊、资助体系与学校发展脱轨、向应用性科研方向转变力度不足等问题。建议高校优化资助类型,设置新起点项目、预研究项目、科技成果转化项目、科研机构开放课题、管理水平提升项目,并采取有关措施改进校级科研项目的管理现状,以增强应用型大学学术影响力,为地方经济和社会发展助力。
School-level scientific research projectsin Application-oriented University has been carried out for many years.In the application of application-oriented research,there are some problems in the funding system of school-level scientific research projects,such as blurred boundaries between different projecttypes,the funding system divorced from school development and the intensity of changing to application-oriented research is not enough.Thesuggestion is optimizing the projecttypes.The new-start project,pre-study project,transformation of scientific and technological achievements project,open topic project ofresearch institutions and management level promoting project are subjected to be setted.We cantake relevant measures to improve the management status of school-level scientific research projects.Thisact will enhance the academic influence of application-oriented university andcontribute tolocal economic and social development.
