摘要：21世纪,经济全球化已成为不可逆转的发展趋势。加入世贸组织后,我国将面临更广泛的国际竞争,推动有比较优势的国内企业海外直接投资(FDI) ,开拓国际市场、利用国外资源,成为我国参与经济全球化的必然选择。因此研究WTO运行的机制与规则,分析其对从事FDI企业的促进与抑制作用,提出企业的应对措施与建议对促进国内企业实施“走出去”战略具有重要的现实意义。
In the 21th century, economy globality has been a development tendency. We will face more widely international competition after China became the member of WTO. It is necessary to impel the state corporations doing foreign direct investment, exploiting the international market and utilizing the foreign resource.It investigates WTO's operation mechanism and regulations, analyses how they accelerate or restrain the actions of the enterprises engaging in FDI, and puts forward the replied measures and suggestions.
