摘要:通过对国内外游客感知方面的研究进行系统梳理,从游客自身以及旅游目的地两个维度,分析了影响游客感知的主要因素。现有文献普遍关注游客感知的现状这一表象上,缺少对改善游客感知效应的实际应用方面的研究。现有研究对于游客感知的影响机理研究尤显不足;对不同类型旅游景区游客感知差异的规律性特征研究十分薄弱;从研究方法和数据上看,现有评价的方法和数据较为单一,缺乏连续性的数据资料,缺少不同类型旅游景区游客感知差异的动态演进规律性特征的比较研究。从目前该领域研究的不足出发,需要以学科交叉为途径,推动跨学科的集成研究。研究游客感知的相关理论问题,解析游客感知的影响因素及其机理,探讨不同类型旅游景区游客感知的动态演变规律等是未来的研究方向。
Tourist perception is a direct reflection of the attitude of tourists during the process of tourism. The paper, systematically study on the perception of tourists from domestic and foreign literature, and analyze the main factors that influence the perception of tourists from the two dimensions of tourists themselves as well as the destination. It is found that the existing literature is mainly concerned about the present situation of tourist perception, and the lack of research on the practical application of improving the perception effect of tourists. The existing research on the impact mechanism of tourist perception is not enough, especially in different types of tourist attractions, which is very weak. From the research methods and data, the existing evaluation methods and data is relatively simple, lack the continuous data, and lack the research of dynamic evolution of different types of tourist attractions. From the current problems in the field of research, it is needed to cross disciplinary approach, promote interdisciplinary integration research, to study the relevant theoretical issues of tourist perception, and to explore the influencing factors and mechanism of tourist perception, and to explore the dynamic evolution of tourist perception in different types of tourist attractions and so on, which are the future research directions.
