摘要：信息治理主要致力于管理机构的全部信息,在最大限度提升信息价值的同时,最小化信息风险和管理成本。文件信息管理是信息治理的核心和基石,关键文件作为文件大家族中的特殊一员,能够支撑机构有效恢复因为各种灾害和紧急情况导致的业务瘫痪,并保护机构和相关人权益。根据美国部分机构发布的关键文件管理政策指南和相关研究成果,综合分析信息治理视域下的关键文件管理策略,包括信息治理与关键文件管理的关系,关键文件管理的具体策略,以及关键文件管理策略对我国的启示。
Information governance mainly focuses on how to manage all the information of the organization and minimize the information risk and cost while maximizing the information value.Records and information management is the core and cornerstone of information governance.As a special member of the document family,vital records can support institutions to effectively recover business paralysis caused by various disasters and emergencies,and protect the rights and interests of institutions and relevant people.According to the vital records management policy guidelines issued by the US government and relevant research results;comprehensively analyze the key document management strategies under the information governance perspective,including the relationship between information governance and vital records management,and the specific strategies of vital records management,and the enlightenment of key records management strategy to China.
