摘要:识别中国文化元素在酒店运用的顾客感知维度,测算其对顾客感知价值的影响,可以为中国酒店业的发展和中华文化的传承提供重要的参考价值。研究发现,顾客对中国文化元素在酒店感知的维度包含酒店中国特色文化产品、酒店中国文化建设、酒店中式建筑及装饰、酒店中式服务和酒店中国文化活动。各顾客感知维度均对顾客感知功能价值产生显著的正向影响。酒店中国特色文化产品、酒店中式服务、酒店中国文化建设和酒店中式建筑及装饰对顾客感知情感价值产生显著的正向影响。酒店中国特色文化产品、酒店中国文化建设和酒店中国文化活动对顾客感知社会价值具有显著的正向影响。酒店创新运用中国文化元素进行建设和发展,是其提升竞争优势和弘扬中国优秀文化的现实选择。
Identifying the customer perception dimension of Chinese cultural elements used in hotels and measuring its impact on customer perceived value can provide a significant reference value for the development of Chinese hotel industry and the inheritance of Chinese culture.This study shows that the dimensions of customers’perception of Chinese cultural elements in the hotel include hotel products with distinct Chinese characteristics,Chinese culture construction in hotels,Chinese architecture and decoration of hotels,Chinese-style service and Chinese cultural activities in hotels.Each dimension of customer perception has a significant positive impact on customer perceived functional value.Hotel products with distinct Chinese characteristics,Chinese-style service,Chinese cultural construction in hotels and Chinese architecture and decoration of hotels have a significant positive impact on customers’perceived emotional value.Hotel products with distinct Chinese characteristics,Chinese cultural construction in hotels and Chinese cultural activities in hotels have a significant positive impact on customers’perceived social value.Hotel innovation and the use of Chinese cultural elements for construction and development is a realistic choice to enhance its competitive advantage and carry forward unique Chinese culture.
