摘要:A new estimation method using singular pencil models for parameters, states and time delay is presented in this paper. The method describes a discrete system with time delay by using singular pencil models. By means of the observable canonical form, it is very easy to separate the states with the parameters which contain the time delay information. Thus, joint estimation of the parameters, states and time delay has become feasible by an ordinary Kalman filter for noise known and an extended Kalman filter for noise unknown. Simulation results exhibit the validity of the method.
