摘要：数字化转型是赋能中小企业迈向“专精特新”的有效路径之一,科技型中小企业如何开展数字化转型成为理论和实践中的重要问题。本研究以北京市88家科技型中小企业作为分析对象,基于战略变革的整合框架,运用模糊集定性比较分析方法,从组织、环境和管理者三个层面检验了组织惯性、人力资本、前期绩效、市场环境、疫情冲击、高管支持6个条件对科技型中小企业数字化转型的组态效应。研究表明,内外交困、居安思危、外部环境冲击3种组态均可引发程度高的数字化转型。研究结论为北京市科技型中小企业推动数字化转型战略变革提供了有价值的启示。
Digital transformation is one of the effective ways to enable small and medium-sized enterprises to increase their capacity to turn out products that are new, distinctive, specialized and sophisticated. How to effectively carry out digital transformation for high-tech SMEs has become an important theoretical and practical issue. Based on the integrated framework of strategic changes, the configuration effects of organization inertia, human capital, prior performance, top manager’s support, market environment and epidemic impact on degree of the digital transformation are explored with the data of 88 high-tech SMEs by using the fuzzy set qualitative comparative analysis method. The results show that the driving path for high digital transformation is divided into three: passive changes by internal and external difficulties, proactive changes in peach time and passive changes in poor external environment. The research conclusions provide valuable insights for high-tech SMEs to promote the strategic change of digital transformation.
