摘要:Objective: To explore the effect of Lycium barbarum polysaccharides (LBP) on cis-dichlorodiamineplatinum (II) (CDDP)-induced oxidative damage in mouse testis sertoli cells TM4 and its possible mechanism. Methods: The survival rate of the cells was evaluated by MTT assay. Superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity was examined by xanthine oxidase method. Malondialdehyde (MDA) content was measured by thiobarbituric acid assay. Glutathione (GSH) content was determined by nitrobenzoic acid method. Results: LBP at 5-100 mg/L could significantly enhance the survival rate of TM4 cells (P ? 2017, China Food Publishing Company. All right reserved.
