摘要:高等教育的人才培养从宏观上划分为学术型和应用型两大类。应用型人才应是主动面向经济建设和社会进步的主战场,以满足市场对现代化第一线人才的需求为前提,应用型人才具备的最主要的能力特征应是具有极强应用、实践性的能力,极强的工作岗位适应能力,不断创新精神和创造性、可持续发展观念和能力及具有团队合作精神和健全的心理品质特征。在培养对策上应注重能力,以能力为本位设计培养方案,构建分层次、多元化的实践教学体系,加强人文素质教育,注重人才全面发展。
Generally, specialist training in higher education can be divided into two types: academy and application. The specialists should be facing the major battlefield of economic construction and social development initiatively to satisfy the need from markets for modern front specialists. Major capabilities of the application style specialists include strong ability in application and practice, strong ability to adapt to new professional position, spirit of innovation and creativity, intention and capability to grow continually, team work spirit, and healthy mentality. As with the training strategy, capability should be emphasized and be the center in designing training schemes, constructing multi-level and multi-modal education systems in order to strengthen quality-oriented cultural education and to promote overall improvement for the specialists.
