摘要：在土地开发整理规划中,为明确区域开发整理类型与方向,制订适合实际情况的开发整理标准,进而为土地开发整理潜力评价提供基础,需进行土地开发整理分区。该文以北京市10个远郊区县为例,对区域土地开发整理潜力进行分级,提出新的分级指标和方法,除目前较多使用的增加耕地系数、增地绝对数量两个指标外,首次引入CD值即潜力地块空间连片程度的概念,进而应用模糊聚类分析法将十个区县分成三个级别的潜力区,为土地开发整理潜力区分级提供新思路。
In order to find out the types and orientations,the practical criteria,and the potentiality assessment of land exploitation and consolidation,it is necessary to divide the land into sub-zones in the planning.Taking 10 suburban districts of Beijing as case study,the paper grades the potentiality and provides a new gradation index for the regional land exploitation and consolidation.Apart from the two indicators of the currently commonly-used index of the increase of cultivation land and the absolute quantity of the increase of cultivation land,CD value which means continuation degree of potential block is first introduced.The ten districts are divided into three potential areas with different grades by the method of Fuzzy Cluster Analysis.The study shows a new idea of grading land exploitation and consolidation potential areas.
