摘要:Driven by new generation AI technologies such as big data, cloud computing and machine learning, autonomous driving has been significantly developed and progressed in recent years. Among the core technologies of autonomous driving, environment perception, as one of them, simulates the visual perception ability of the human eye to enable vehicles to recognize and understand the surrounding environment, thereby achieving safe and efficient driving. However, autonomous driving faces numerous challenges in practical applications, such as the impact of adverse weather on the quality of visual images, the accuracy problem of visual recognition and so on. To solve these problems, scholars have carried out a large amount of research work. This review will comprehensively sort out the research results in the above related fields, aiming to provide readers with a comprehensive view of machine vision technology and perception technology in autonomous vehicles, and explore its future development trend and possible challenges. We will introduce the basic concepts and key technologies of autonomous driving perception, and discuss various advanced perception methods and their applications in detail. Finally, we will look forward to the future development trend of autonomous driving perception technology, which can provide reference for further promoting the development of autonomous driving technology and is of practical significance for researchers and practitioners. ? 2024 IEEE.
