摘要：特色资源测量评估是衡量我国高等教育质量的有效手段,也有助于提升应用型大学的核心竞争力。基于北京联合大学旅游学院微博评论数据,运用内容分析法高频词聚类及语义网络分析进行应用型大学特色资源的识别,归纳出包含办学理念、师资队伍、教学运行、学科专业建设、学校管理、校园文化、社会认同度、政产学研水平8个一级类目识别维度的特色资源认知体系,进而运用情感认知测量进行了各类型特色资源要素的对比评估。最后,从组织内外部两个方面为应用型大学整合和提升自身特色资源及核心优势提出了建议。
Characteristic resource identification and evaluation is an effective means to define the orientation of application-oriented universities and enhance their core competitiveness.Based on the data of microblog online review,by using the content analysis of high-frequency word clustering analysis and semantic network,characteristic resource system of application-oriented universities is identified and induced,which include eight cognitive dimensions,which are educational philosophy,faculty strength,teaching operation,construction of disciplines and majors,school management,campus culture,social identity and the level of government,industry,education,research and application,and then using emotional cognitive measurement,the article evaluates each type of characteristic resources.In the end,from both internal and external aspects,some suggestions are put forward for application-oriented universities to integrate their own characteristic resources and improve their core advantages.
