摘要：新生代农民工的创业能力主要包括机会能力和运营管理能力,新生代农民工借助社会网络获取创业资源并开展创业学习,是提升其创业能力的重要途径。基于北京市399份调查数据,采用结构方程模型分析社会网络对新生代农民工创业能力的影响。结果表明:社会网络可以直接影响新生代农民工创业的机会能力,但对运营管理能力的直接影响不明显;社会网络不仅可以通过资源获取和创业学习间接影响新生代农民工的机会能力和运营管理能力,还可以通过资源获取—创业学习中介链对新生代农民工的机会能力和运营管理能力产生间接效应。
The entrepreneurial ability of the new generation of migrant workers mainly includes opportunity ability andoperation management ability.It is an important way for the new generation of migrant workers to obtain entrepreneurialresources and carry out entrepreneurial learning with the help of social network.Using399samples in Beijing area,thethesis examines the impact of social network on entrepreneurial ability of the new generation of migrant workers,and themediating roles of resources acquisition and entrepreneurial learning through structural equation modeling analysis.Results show that social network can directly affect opportunity ability of the new generation of migrant workers,but theinfluence on the operation and management ability is not obvious;and social network can indirectly affect opportunityability and operation management ability not only through resources acquisition and entrepreneurial learning,but alsothrough intermediary chain of resources acquisition-entrepreneurial learning.
