摘要：跨国零售在我国滥用市场优势地位越来越明显,造成了严重的后果。国家采取了积极的规制措施,主要集中于法律规制、行政规制,地方政府规制和行业规制起到了补充作用。但是并没有有效遏制跨国零售滥用市场优势地位的势头,为了增强规制效果,建议强化产业安全意识,增强《反垄断法》的可操作性,完善《反不正当竞争法》,制定统一的《零售商供应商公平交易法》,增强行政执法效果,发挥行业协会等非政府组织的积极作用。
Transnational retailers abusing the preponderant status in China become more and more obvious, which caused serious consequences. Some active regulations were taken including legal rule and administration rules by the Nation, and the regulations of local government and institute were addition. However, it did not effectively control transnational retailers abusing the preponderant status. Therefore, the proposals are put forward for strengthening the awareness of industrial safety as follows： boosting up the practical result of Anti-monopoly Law, improving Anti-unfair competition Law, legislating uniform law of retail supplier＇s fair deal, enhancing the effectiveness of administration of law, using the positive fimction of institute.
