摘要:采用多聚甲醛替代37%的甲醛水溶液,可以合成用于覆膜砂生产的热塑性酚醛树脂。以上述热塑性酚醛树脂生产中排放的全部废水、多聚甲醛、苯酚为原料可以合成多种用途的热固性酚醛树脂。这一联产工艺,彻底解决了酚醛树脂生产企业的废水排放问题。同时,热塑性酚醛树脂的成本仅增加1.24%,而热固性酚醛树脂可减少10.2%以上的支出,因此经济上也是可行的。
The thermoplastic phenolic resin for the production of coated sand was synthesized by replacing 37 % formaldehyd aqueous solution with paraformaldehyde. The thermoset phenolic resin was synthesized by all the waste water from the former process, paraformaldehyde and phenol . The waste water emission problem puzzled the phenolic resin production enterprises was thoroughly solved by the coproduction technology. The cost of thermoplastic phenolic resin was only incresed by 1.24%, but the cost of thermoset phenolic resin was decreased more than 10.2%. Therefore the synthesis process chain was economically feasible.
