摘要：应用型大学高质量发展的核心任务是构建以社会需求为导向的高质量人才培养体系,其实践遵循政治逻辑铸魂、文化逻辑固本、市场逻辑赋能、教育逻辑育人的四维导向。通过逐一分析各逻辑与教育之间的张力关系,探索将政治理念转化为制度保障力、将市场需求转化为教学改革力、将文化传承转化为育人驱动力的逻辑理路,最终在教育实践场域实现育人效果的有效跃升,这既是突破应用型大学发展瓶颈的现实选择,也是推进高等教育供给侧结构性改革的关键路径。基于此,从深化“大思政课”建设、加强质量文化建设、对接市场需求、创新驱动教育教学改革等方面,阐述应用型大学高水平人才培养的实践进路。
The core task of the high-quality development of application-oriented universities is to establish a high-quality talent cultivation system guided by social needs.Its practice adheres to a four-dimensional framework:the political logic forging the spirit,the cultural logic consolidating the foundation,the market logic enabling empowerment,and the educational logic guiding cultivation.By analyzing the dynamic relationship between each of these logics and education,this study explores the logical approach for translating political principles into institutional safeguards,transforming market demands into drivers for teaching reform,and converting cultural heritage into catalysts for education.The ultimate goal is to achieve a significant leap in educational effectiveness within the practical domain of education.This approach represents not only a pragmatic strategy to overcome developmental bottlenecks in application-oriented universities but also a crucial means to advance the supply-side structural reform of higher education.Accordingly,the practical approaches for cultivating high-level talent are elaborated upon,focusing on deepening the development of“Great Ideological and Political Courses”,namely,integrating ideological and political education into the entire educational process,strengthening quality culture construction,aligning with market needs,and fostering innovation-driven educational and teaching reforms.
